This hotel has a great location directly to the hotel's garden and is very close to major attractions. The cleanliness of the rooms, facilities, and breakfast area was exceptional. The staff was always helpful and attentive.

Can't fault anything about it. It was a wonderful stay overall.

Overall my stay was COMFORTABLE and I would come here again. The hotel’ s position within just 1 mile from museum angkut. Breakfast in the restaurant was very convenient. Pool was a nice addition.

Convenient location near city center and local eats, plus easy check-in and cozy room amenities like comfortable bedding. Clean outdoor pool and beautiful surrounding scenery that can be enjoyed while relaxing.

External noise with some rooms located near busy street and railway, making it difficult to sleep. Limited food options for picky eaters also posed a challenge.

Friendly staff, nice hotel, beautiful mountain view, good pool and garden, spacious and clean rooms, daily housekeeping.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel here and I must say, it was quite luxurious and provided enhanced comfort. The location of this place was excellent as it was very close to major attractions and just a few minutes drive to local tourist destinations. Being able to directly access the hotel's garden was a lovely feature. Additionally, it was quite near to an amusement park which was a bonus for some extra fun during my stay.

Although the overall experience was fantastic, there were a few minor issues. The sound system in the karaoke facility needed an upgrade as the sound quality was poor, causing some discomfort.

The room was outdated and had not been cleaned well. There were stains on the carpet and the bathroom was not well-maintained. The food was average at best and there was not much variety. The prices were high for the quality of the facilities.

You'll love the beautiful garden with a variety of birds, which is great for birdwatching. the superior room offers breath-taking views of the Arjuno mountain and lush gardens.

Some aspects of the hotel might not be up to par, with facilities that are outdated and in dire need of repair.
